The Seaventures Dive Rig Resort is a one-of-a-kind dive resort that sits atop one of Malaysia's best macro dive sites. Fabricated from a decommissioned oil platform, the Seaventures platform is located just off the shores of the Malaysian island of Mabul. The rig's elevated main deck includes dedicated gear storage spaces and rigging stations, fill station, a camera room, conference room and a sundeck lounge. Guest accommodations include a four-person bunk room, twin and double rooms with ensuite bathrooms, and deluxe rooms with sitting areas. Guests can enjoy unlimited diving in the waters surrounding the rig, which hold a wide variety of unique macro subjects. Daily boat dives visit reefs and additional macro and muck sites around Mabul, and make scheduled trips the marine preserve at Sipadan Island. SeaVentures boats make daily trips to the island, which is known for its walls, massive shoals of fish, healthy populations of white tip and gray reef sharks.
